Our organization is on the lookout for a board-certified Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician to become a part of our growing MFM team in Albany, New York. This role will be situated in our newly updated office at 400 Patroon Creek Blvd, Albany, with inpatient consultations taking place at St. Peters Hospital.

As a member of the MFM team, the physician will collaborate with a dedicated group of specialists to provide exceptional care for women experiencing high-risk pregnancies. Responsibilities include conducting thorough fetal anatomy ultrasounds and consultations in partnership with our colleagues in obstetrics, pediatrics, cardiology, neurology, and endocrinology.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics/Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Welcoming new graduates
• Experience in a community-based, high-volume setting is advantageous
• Strong dedication to teamwork and excellence in patient care

Recruitment Package:

Our organization offers a comprehensive salary and benefits package, which includes:

• Base salary: $475,000 - $525,000
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers generally receive a CME allowance and other benefits provided by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is in accordance with state law and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
• Starting bonus of $25,000
• Retention bonus of $15,000 for the second and third years
