Job Title : End User Support Analyst I (Data Stewardship & MDM Focus)

Location : Ashburn, VA || Annapolis Junction, MD || Dallas, TX || Basking Ridge, NJ (Exceptional candidates may be considered from other locations)
Work Model : Hybrid (2 days onsite per week initially; potential for remote flexibility based on performance)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented End User Support Analyst I to support data governance, master data management, and CRM-related initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills who enjoy working with complex datasets, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating across teams to improve business processes.


The successful candidate will play a critical role in reviewing, validating, and managing customer and account data while supporting system testing and continuous process improvement efforts.


Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and process sales account and organizational hierarchy requests using multiple internal systems and data sources.
• Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives by maintaining accurate customer, account, and relationship data.
• Validate and map complex corporate structures, including parent-subsidiary and hierarchical account relationships .
• Research, identify, and resolve duplicate or inconsistent records to improve overall data quality.
• Conduct data stewardship activities to ensure compliance with established governance standards.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CRM and business applications by validating functionality, documenting results, and supporting issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Stewardship, Master Data Management, CRM Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and reconcile data from multiple sources and identify relationships between datasets.
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis and validation.
• Experience supporting testing efforts, quality assurance activities, or UAT is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Data Stewardship or Master Data Management (MDM) processes.
• Knowledge of customer account management, CRM platforms, or enterprise data governance practices.
• Experience mapping and maintaining organizational hierarchies and account relationships.
• Familiarity with data quality, data cleansing, and record deduplication methodologies.
• Paralegal or legal-research experience is a plus due to the investigative nature of the work.

Education

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Data Management, CRM Platforms, or Data Governance are preferred.
