Position: Advanced Automotive Technician (Service Specialist / Advanced Specialist) Our Advanced Specialists perform high‑level maintenance and repair services that keep customers confident in the safety and performance of their vehicles. You’ll be cross‑trained across all roles, giving you more skills, more versatility, and more earning potential. What You’ll Do (High‑Impact Responsibilities) Provide unbiased, accurate service recommendations based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines Perform advanced automotive services across major systems: engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, tires, spark plugs, batteries Complete preventive maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, light replacements, and wiper installations Stay compliant with OSHA, state regulations, and Jiffy Lube standards Support marketing events and promotions Maintain accurate customer, service, and inventory records Assist with stocking and inventory management Perform basic housekeeping and minor building maintenance Build strong customer loyalty by ensuring top‑quality workmanship and satisfaction Requirements 2+ years of automotive service experience Valid driver’s license Strong commitment to safety procedures Willingness to grow through continuous training Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
