Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Overview:The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations. This position will assist with inventory management, financial planning, record-keeping, and ensuring the restaurant is properly staffed, and that guests receive excellent customer service.Responsibilities and Duties:Responsibilities:Ensure that all staff members are performing their duties in accordance with company standardsMaintain a clean and safe restaurant environmentHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.Assist with training new staff members and providing ongoing training and support to existing staffEnsure that health and safety regulations are followed and that all food is stored and prepared properlyExperience 2-3 years #J-18808-Ljbffr MILFORD HOSPITALITY GROUP INC
