Job TitleOverall Duties Include:Finish CarpentryRough CarpentryStaining & finishingLight electricalLight plumbingLight HVACMinor roof repairsMinor drywall repairsAcoustic ceilingsHardware installationSiding RepairInsulation installationComplete punch list items such as, but not limited to: clean up, carpentry, minor repairs, etc.May be asked from time to time to perform additional tasks as needed for Emergency Services such as, water clean-up, board up, tarping, equipment set up and other emergency services.Basic Requirements:Experience with the skills listed abovePersonal vehicle for reliable transportation to and from residential job sites.Supply your own hand tools necessary to complete repairs.Personal smart phone.High School Diploma or equivalentAssociates or Bachelor's degree in a plus but not requiredHighly OrganizedAbility to multi-task and prioritizeHigh level CommunicatorHigh aptitude in Microsoft officeBasic competency in photoshop or equivalentHigh social media aptitudeProfessional DressHours:Available to work full time Monday through Friday with a standard start time of 7-8am until 5pm with the occasional evening/weekend.Contribute and participate in the on-call rotation.Compensation: $15-$30 per hourPaul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling since 1966.
