We're building a high-performance solar sales team in Amherst, NY and looking for motivated appointment setters who want more than just an hourly paycheck. Location: In-Office – Amherst, NY Schedule: Flexible shifts available (Core hours are Monday–Friday + some Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST) Pay & Earning Potential: $16/hour base pay $50 commission for every appointment that shows Setters averaging 3 qualified shows per day are on pace to earn approximately: $5,500–$7,000+ per month $65,000–$85,000+ per year OTE Uncapped commission structure. Top performers earn more! We reward hustle, consistency, and performance. If you can produce, there's serious income potential here.
What You'll Be Doing: Speaking with homeowners about solar energy solutions Setting qualified appointments for our solar consultants. All leads are provided Working in a fast-paced, energetic office environment Competing, learning, and improving every day
