Responsibilities and Duties Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing clinical documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and clinical case notes according to company policy Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week with monthly bonuses for meeting the minimum expectations Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training All the other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;) Required Qualifications and Skills At least a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Board registered as a mental health professional in the state of Virginia Experience with completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner ADept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems If planning to engage in tele-health from home, having a home office that is professional, private, and HIPAA-compliant Preferred Qualifications and Skills Prefer experience with children, adolescents, and teens Preferred experience with couples and families Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing What We Have To Offer Competitive salary compensation package Excellent benefits package, PTO accrual and sick leave Flexible scheduling Board supervision at no cost Hourly pay structure plus commission on claims Access to Continuing Education CEU Library Monthly bonuses Gym facility on site Free parking What Else You Should Know This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director Learn more about our amazing company at Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Ellie Mental Health - Rockville, MD
