The Role – Candidate Resourcer As a Candidate Resourcer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our recruiters by identifying, engaging, and qualifying the best talent in the Data & AI space. Your day-to-day will include: Conducting research to find candidates for live vacancies using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases Screening and qualifying candidates through phone calls and video interviews Building relationships with top talent across analytics, data science, and data engineering Writing compelling job adverts to attract candidates Supporting recruiters in coordinating interviews and managing the candidate experience end-to-end Working toward individual and team targets — success in this role will be measured by your placements and pipeline strength This is a great entry point into recruitment for someone who enjoys communication, organisation, and teamwork , with clear progression routes into 360 recruitment or account management as you develop.
