Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 base salary + tiered commission and performance bonuses
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000 - $150,000+ annually based on sales performance

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Must be available to work Saturdays and occasional extended hours as business needs require.
• Must be available to complete a five-day, in-person Sales Training program in Orlando, Florida as part of the onboarding process.

Bodenvy CoolSculpting & Weight Loss is expanding into Scottsdale, Arizona, opening November 2026. We are looking for an experienced, confident high-ticket Sales Consultant to join our brand-new location and help build our client base, culture, and presence in the Scottsdale market. We are dedicated to helping clients look, feel, and live with confidence.

This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for a consultative closer who can independently guide clients from discovery through the close—building trust, understanding their goals, presenting personalized treatment plans, navigating objections, and confidently asking for the sale.

The ideal candidate is driven, emotionally intelligent, collaborative, and motivated by both individual and team success. Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales experience, with high-value and/or high-volume consultative sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage the sales process from discovery through close.
• Comfortable conducting 4–6 personalized sales consultations per day.
• Strong discovery, active listening, rapport-building, and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to read verbal and non-verbal cues and adapt the consultation to the individual client.
• Confident discussing pricing and financing and navigating common objections without immediately relying on discounting.
• Experience working with financing and lenders is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and taking ownership of results.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
• Driven, confident, self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
• Emotionally intelligent and empathetic, with the ability to build genuine trust with clients.
• Collaborative and willing to jump in, support teammates, and contribute wherever needed to create an exceptional client experience.
• CoolSculpting, medical aesthetics, cosmetic treatments, luxury retail, fitness, wellness, or other premium consultative sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized consultations to understand each client’s goals, motivations, concerns, and budget.
• Recommend and present customized Bodenvy treatment plans while creating a comfortable, judgment-free, premium client experience.
• Confidently present pricing and financing, navigate objections, and independently close sales.
• Navigate objections, negotiate within established guidelines, and independently close sales.
• Consistently follow up with prospective clients to maximize sales opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals while maintaining accurate client and sales documentation.
• Collaborate closely with technicians, front desk staff, and management to create a seamless client experience and support overall team success.
• Help establish the culture, standards, accountability, and energy of our new Scottsdale location while following all Bodenvy policies and protocols.

Schedule

• This is a full-time, in-person position with typical business hours of 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• Saturday availability is required.
• Because this is a client-facing sales role, occasional schedule flexibility is expected to complete scheduled consultations that extend beyond normal business hours, particularly during the launch and growth of the Scottsdale location.
