Dir, Sr. Syndications Arranger

Job DescriptionResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead syndication strategy, structuring, negotiation and execution for club and syndicated transactions.Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, banks, and other financial partners.Analyze deal terms, market trends, and investor appetite to optimize syndication outcomes.
