Responsibilities Oversee and manage the company’s advertising budget, which accounts for 10% of all net profits, ensuring every dollar is spent effectively to drive measurable growth. Run and optimize advertising campaigns for the company and its clients, delivering high-quality results that align with each project’s goals. Monitor and analyze ad performance across platforms to continuously refine strategies and improve return on investment (ROI). Diversify ad spend by exploring and implementing campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as needed. Collaborate with the Fulfillment Department to ensure ad campaigns align with client needs and broader marketing strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging platforms, and advertising best practices to keep campaigns innovative and competitive. Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and optimization strategies to the President and Vice President. Work independently to manage all aspects of advertising, from initial planning and execution to ongoing management and refinement. Drive the company’s growth through creative and strategic advertising, ensuring that the allocated budget achieves maximum impact. Must Have Proven experience in running and managing successful advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and optimize campaigns for better results. Knowledge of ad strategy diversification and the ability to allocate budgets effectively across various platforms and audiences. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership and other departments. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. A deep understanding of ad performance metrics, targeting strategies, and bidding optimization. A track record of driving measurable results through paid advertising efforts. A commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new advertising trends and tools. Nice to have Experience running ad campaigns for digital marketing or service-based industries. Familiarity with client-facing advertising management, including understanding how to align campaigns with broader marketing goals. Expertise in emerging advertising platforms or advanced strategies, such as programmatic advertising or retargeting. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other analytics platforms to track and improve ad performance. Creativity and innovation in crafting compelling ad copy, visuals, and strategies that stand out in competitive markets. Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms, demonstrating advanced knowledge of advertising systems.
