Pay Range: The Finance Manager position compensation, with benchmark performance, expected range is from $150,000 to $200,000.00+. Employment Type: Full Time Work Location : Fully Onsite at Hansel Ford of Napa - Napa, CA Responsibilities and Duties Follow a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration Work well within a team environment Ensure the timely flow of Finance Department documentation Ensure efficient and accurate turnaround on deals Supporting Sales Department goals Develop and maintain successful relationships with lenders Qualifications and Skills Previous hands-on Finance Manager experience at an automotive dealership required Calculate figures and finances Experience selling new and used vehicles Engage customers early in the sale Hands-on Experience in Finance at an Auto Dealership Strong communication skills Broad range of product knowledge Pass a criminal background screening Pass a drug test Benefits and Perks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Plan 401-K 401-K Employer Contributions Flexible Spending Plans Employee Discounts on vehicles, service and parts Employer paid activities and events for top producers Pay Scale: $36,500 - $210,000+ Pay Defined: The Finance Manger position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base salary of $3000.00 mo. The position may also pay a bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any fixed upper limit.
