Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and dependable Event Staff members to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and representing a company in a positive and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional events.
• Help set up and organize event areas, displays, and materials.
• Welcome attendees and provide friendly assistance.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers.
• Answer customer questions and identify their needs.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Distribute promotional materials and information.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional event environment.
• Assist with event breakdown and organization after activities.
• Work closely with team members to ensure successful events.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the team.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
