Production Hourly – Grand Island, NE

Description  

 Current Joslin, IL employees affected by the plant closure are strongly encouraged to apply.

This position is open to applicants interested in joining our production team in Grand Island, NE.

Responsibilities  

• Cut, trim, and fabricate wholesale beef products in a fast‑paced production line environment 
• Follow all safety, quality, and food‑handling procedures 
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production goals and maintain product consistency 

Functional Requirements  

• Ability to lift, push, and pull product repetitively in both hot and cold assembly‑line environments 
• Ability to safely work with sharp instruments and cutting tools 
• Must maintain good personal hygiene and follow all plant sanitation guidelines 
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, high‑volume production setting 

Departments May Include  

• Fabrication (Critical Crewing preferred) 
• Slaughter (Critical Crewing preferred) 

Compensation & Benefits  

Employees who fill this position will be eligible for the following:

• Base Pay Range: $23.90 – $30.40 per hour
