Project Manager

Overview We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial and vertical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This mid-level role is ideal for a project manager with hands‑on experience helping manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field coordination on complex commercial builds. The Project Manager will work closely with senior project leadership, superintendents, owners, and design teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial/vertical construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance Participate in project meetings with internal teams, clients, architects, and consultants Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, or budget concerns Support buyout, subcontractor agreements, and scope reviews Track material deliveries, labor productivity, and overall site progress Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company standards, and safety regulations Assist with closeout documentation, punch lists, and final project turnover Required Qualifications 4–5 years of experience supporting commercial and/or vertical construction projects Experience working as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager on ground-up or renovation projects Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost control Familiarity with contract documents, drawings, and specifications Experience coordinating with subcontractors and field personnel Working knowledge of construction management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar) Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Experience with K-12 schools Exposure to preconstruction, estimating, or procurement activities OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Ability to manage multiple projects or project phases simultaneously Salary 100,000 - 114,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
