Description

The Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator will focus on inventory management, fulfillment, and Customer Service. The Customer Service Coordinator will provide continual feedback to the Customer Service and Logistics and Operations Organization to continually improve inventory, shipping and ordering processes and efficiency of systems.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory.
• Manage cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis.
• Help maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Monitor delivery schedule and customer orders.
• Place and receive orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• File claims when defective products are discovered.
• Coordinate on-site team equipment, supplies, and logistical elements relative to delivery of such items.
• Support on-site team equipment kit setup and configuration.
• Provide daily customer service to event registrants and internal team members.
• Proactively ensure the event software (CVENT) is accurate, configured correctly and operating effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, payment activity, reported issues, within the company CRM.
• Support Class events through marketing and class logistics
• Collaborate with logistics staff and clients to ensure inventory, returns, processing or other issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma and willingness to learn through on-the-job training
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances
• 2+ years of Customer Service Experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail. Well organized and works with a high degree of accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, PC and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office365 Applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree
• 3+ years of Customer Service Experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Normal Working Hours and Conditions: Core business hours are generally 8:00 am 5:00 pm. However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.

Physical Requirements: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing, and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions include standing, sitting, and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
