Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and administer a broad range of commercial agreements including: Master Service Agreements (MSAs) Transportation, Logistics, and Warehousing Agreements Vendor, Supplier, and Customer Contracts Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and contract amendments Support legal needs related to automotive logistics, transportation, distribution, and supply chain operations Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, finance, HR, and sales to support business initiatives Assist with corporate governance, internal controls, and policy development Manage and support the contract life cycle process, including contract templates, approvals, and documentation Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the automotive and logistics industries and provide guidance to internal stakeholders Significant involvement in the placing of insurance coverages and working with insurance companies
• Assist in overseeing employment and other litigation Assist with drafting company policies Special projects assigned Other duties as assigned

Compensation Range $74,000 - $84,000 Per Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Skills

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Required
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Required
• Experience working in Risk Management and Insurance Preferred
• Experience working within a structured, policy driven corporate organization Preferred

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 4 - 7 Years of experience in law firm and/or in-house legal counsel Required
• 6 - 9 Years of experience in legal contracts management Preferred
