Contract Manager

Job title: Contracts Manager (Commercial & Government Contracts) Location: Irvine, CA Summary Lead and manage a team of Contracts Specialists and Administrators supporting domestic and international commercial and military contracts. Responsible for contract administration, backlog management, customer experience, compliance, risk mitigation, and change management while serving as a key member of the Site Leadership Team. Key Responsibilities Manage all site contract administration activities and support strategic business objectives. Provide guidance on contract interpretation, negotiations, risk management, and compliance matters. Oversee workload distribution, resource planning, and contract assignments across the team. Ensure effective communication of contractual flow-down requirements and customer obligations. Lead, mentor, and develop contract professionals while supporting career growth and training initiatives. Investigate and resolve compliance issues, customer concerns, and regulatory inquiries. Partner with cross-functional teams to support program execution and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 5-7+ years of contract management experience, including 2+ years of leadership experience. Strong knowledge of contract administration, compliance, negotiations, and risk management. Experience managing complex commercial and/or government contracts. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and contract management systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
