Manager, eQMS Technologies

Manager of eQMS Technologies at AbbVie in North Chicago advances quality analytics, AI-enabled insights, and electronic quality management system capabilities across research, development, and enterprise quality functions. The role partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into data products, dashboards, and advanced analytics that support regulatory compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute quality analytics and AI roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities
Build automated reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and health metrics for quality process performance
Create advanced analytics and AI capabilities for trend detection, anomaly identification, and predictive risk signals
Partner with process owners to translate business needs into data products and actionable insights
Support eQMS system ownership including health monitoring, release coordination, compliance support, and user access management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Business, or related field
4–6 years quality systems, engineering, data/analytics, or business support in regulated environment
Demonstrated experience developing metrics, dashboards, and analytical insights for compliance monitoring
Working knowledge of data modeling, data quality, governance, and statistical/trend analysis methods
Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI or similar) and SQL query languages preferred
Machine learning/AI application to operational quality problems and model lifecycle considerations preferred
