Job Permit Coordinator

Location: In-person
Pay Range: $20 $28 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: MondayFriday | Full-time

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and dependable, who enjoys keeping things organized and supporting both customers and crews in the field.

What Youll Do

• Manage and track permit applications from submission to completion.
• Build and submit permit packets accurately and on time.
• Coordinate project details, ensuring all materials, inspections, and documentation are in order.
• Schedule and confirm inspections with local building departments.
• Organize job files and photos in our digital system.
• Provide customer service and communication between the production team, inspectors, and homeowners.
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries as needed.
• Occasionally visit job sites to drop off materials, pick up permits, or assist with project logistics.

What Were Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools to manage project data.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and respectfulsomeone the team can count on.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (for occasional permit or site trips).
• Prior experience in roofing, construction, or permitting is a plusbut not required if youre a fast learner!
