Job Overview Company: Raytheon Technologies (RTX). Position: Power & Analog Design Engineer I. Location: McKinney, Texas, U.S. Onsite. This role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Responsibilities Assist with architecture development at the circuit card level. Design, analyze, test, and document analog and power conversion circuitry with emphasis on board-mounted power end‑use applications. Guide ECAD drafters through layout and routing activities, with moderate senior engineer support. Assist in layer stack‑up definition. Support integration and verification activities in engineering laboratories. Drive to meet schedule concerns and define schedules for circuit level tasking. Function as an individual contributor and engage in professional growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field. 12 months or less prior relevant experience. Design, analysis, simulation, and/or test experience with analog electronics (FETs/BJTs, op‑amps, filters, clock/data termination, comparators). Experience using MATLAB, MathCAD, LTSpice, Saber, or similar tools. Preferred Qualifications 3.0 cumulative GPA from an ABET accredited institution. Experience with non-isolated converter topologies (buck, boost, buck-boost). Knowledge of power electronics coursework. Laboratory skills: power supplies, electronic loads, multimeters, signal sources, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers. What We Offer (Benefits & Compensation) Salary range: $57,200 – $108,800 USD.
