Guided by our principles We Care, We Succeed With Our Customers, and We Own the Outcome, we work collaboratively, think boldly, and deliver solutions that move industries forward.# **Waste Water Technician**The main objective of this position is to operate, maintain and troubleshoot the de-ionized water and waste water treatment system.**About the job:*** Follow all process steps, work instructions, and operational standards to ensure safe and compliant treatment operations.* Collect water samples and monitor treatment effectiveness to ensure treated water meets disposal requirements.* Monitor and maintain chemical inventory levels required for treatment processes.* Inspect and monitor wastewater sumps to prevent overflow and ensure proper operation.* Operate, monitor, and perform routine maintenance on scrubber systems.* Perform regeneration of softeners and deionizers and conduct cleaning of RO membranes as scheduled.* Execute batch treatment processes for concentrated wastewater in accordance with operating procedures.* Monitor and record operating parameters of the RODI and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) systems to ensure optimal performance.* Other duties as assigned.**About you:*** Associate degree, two-year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred* Two to five years of experience* Basic knowledge of MS Office* Strong communication skills* Strong technical skills* Detail orientedLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
