WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Area Director of Sales

The Area Director of Sales is a highly self-motivated and results-driven individual, with the ability to balance strategic sales planning and hands-on selling across multiple properties. They thrive in an environment where they are directly responsible for generating revenue, building key client relationships, and maximizing market share across all properties.

• Maintain strong backyard sales presence in the markets you represent
• Conduct sales activities to maintain relationships with key accounts to generate
• Qualify demand generating accounts for your assigned area
• Proactively and aggressively solicit new business
• Review monthly STAR reports for hotels in your assigned area and create action plans as needed or assigned
• Communicate with Revenue Management to ensure pricing is appropriate and adjust selling strategies as needed
• Recruit, direct, manage, train, and counsel sales team
• Requires excellent communication skills
