Nursing Home Administrator LNHA
Location: Rockford, IL
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator LNHA to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall management of the nursing home, including administrative, clinical, and operational responsibilities
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company standards
Collaborate with the medical staff, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Manage and develop staff to optimize performance, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the community
Monitor and analyze quality indicators, including patient care outcomes, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
Participate in strategic planning and budgeting to optimize facility operations and growth
Requirements:
Licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Illinois
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and families
Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing homes
