Remote Medical Office Assistant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Medical Office Assistant to join New Paradigm Staffing, a growing healthcare staffing agency specializing in administrative and clinical support roles.
This role is perfect for someone starting a healthcare career and looking to gain experience assisting practices with scheduling, documentation, and daily office workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Support providers with scheduling, patient communication, and front-office tasks
- Manage electronic forms, messages, and patient requests
- Enter patient data into EHR systems
- Assist with insurance and referral paperwork
- Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and HIPAA compliance
What We’re Looking For
