We invest in our employees with our training and development programs and want to see you advance in your career with us.Compensation: $55k-$65kOur BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, disability, FSAs, and life insurancePaid Time Off and paid holidaysStructured Career PathGas Discount401KPet InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramTraining and Development ProgramsReferral ProgramLegal CoverageIdentity Theft ProtectionAnd so much more….What We Are Looking For:3+ years of California payroll experience (required)Process beginning to end semi-monthly payroll cycle of multi-state employees to ensure timely completionPrepare payroll reporting internally and externallyAssist in commission review and calculationsAddress payroll inquiries from employees and managementAnalyze payroll issues and provide appropriate action plansMaintain current knowledge of applicable state and federal wage and labor lawsEnsure documentation is retained per legal requirements and company policyPreferred Experience and Skills:2+ years of payroll dealership experience (preferred)College Degree (preferred but not required)Experience in processing payroll in Paylocity (preferred)Excellent communication/organization skillsProficiency in Microsoft Suite to include Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.Intermediate Excel skills to include use of pivot tables, xlookups, etc.Self-starter, great work ethic, and commitment to organizational successExemplary business ethics, professionalism, and integrityAttention to detail with the ability to meet deadlinesThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamIf you are ready for a rewarding career with competitive compensation and benefits, and opportunities to excel and advance, consider joining the Blue Compass RV organization.
