New Product Development Manager

Kelly Engineering is seeking an accomplished Manager of New Product Development for a premier direct hire opportunity in St. Louis. Join a rapidly growing organization and play a pivotal role in driving cutting-edge solutions and transformative growth.

The NPD Leader will drive the execution of innovation and NPD initiatives, transforming strategic opportunities into commercially viable products, services, and solutions.

**Candidates in Senior Engineering or Supervisor NPD roles who are ready to advance their careers are encouraged to apply**

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the NPD process from concept to commercialization
Facilitate stage-gate reviews and oversee the innovation funnel, ensuring projects are prioritized, evaluated, and advanced efficiently
Develop and maintain project plans, resource requirements, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies for multiple concurrent NPD programs
Drive accountability and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing
Lead design for manufacturability, reverse engineering, supplier qualification, feasibility assessments, and commercialization planning

Qualifications:

Proven experience in medical device/equipment NPD
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
BS Degree or higher in Engineering or related technical discipline
