Overview
Registered Nurse – ICU in Hanford, CA. Start date 06/29/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $1,940-$2,042 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts. Setting: hospital ICU.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient status and participate in developing, implementing, and revising individualized care plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Administer medications and therapies, monitor responses, and manage ICU equipment and lines within scope and unit protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other disciplines; communicate with patients’ families and document care thoroughly.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; provide guidance and supervision to support staff and ensure quality of care.
- Participate in rounds and care conferences; uphold patient safety, infection control, and quality initiatives in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Requirements
- Active California RN license.
- ICU nursing experience required; minimum 1 year preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Ability to work day shift (12-hour shifts) in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills; ability to function independently when appropriate.
- Eligible for travel assignment and able to commit to a 13-week assignment.
