Youth Case Worker — Court & Community Support (Remote)

Rising Ground in Yonkers, NY, seeks a full-time RTC- Case Worker to coordinate casework and therapeutic services for youth placed by DOE and DSS. You will manage an assigned caseload across scattered-site locations, support the Social Services Team, and ensure continuity of care through community settings. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of relevant experience, plus a valid driver’s license. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rising Ground
