Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to phone and online inquiries promptly and professionally
- Prepare and process proposals based on direction from the sales team
- Address client questions regarding scheduling, services, and project status
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, job progress, and client information
- Facilitate ongoing communication with prospective and existing clients
- Coordinate internal workflows to ensure projects are ready for scheduling and execution
- Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and general administrative tasks
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and support additional service offerings
- Provide general administrative support, including documentation, organization, and internal communication
- Support leadership with special projects and process improvements as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Experience supporting sales processes or working with CRM/ERP systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of landscaping, construction, home services, or related fields is a plus, but not required
- Ability to commute to Mukwonago, WI 53149 (required)
