Office Assistant

Lynch Truck Center Office Assistant

Lynch Truck Center is currently seeking a full-time Office Assistant to assist with entry level accounting, titling, and other miscellaneous administrative duties. The right candidate will have previous automotive experience (preferably with title processing).

Requirements:

  • Previous dealership experience preferred
  • Basic accounting knowledge is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and staff
  • Must have the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills required
  • Must be dedicated to arriving on time with a positive attitude
  • Open to cross-training for other accounting positions within the dealership
