Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) – Full-TimeMinnesota Urology P.A. is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) to join our collaborative care team. This in-person role offers the opportunity to support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while making a positive impact on patients' daily experiences.The starting hourly pay ranges from $24.80 to $31.00, based on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, preparing patients for exams, and performing basic clinical duties. This position will be focused on overseeing the busy lab schedule and needs advanced phlebotomy skills.This role may require occasional travel to satellite clinic locations, providing opportunities to expand your experience and work alongside a variety of providers.Additional responsibilities include:Educating patients on care plans, treatments, and proceduresCommunicating effectively with patients and care team membersAnswering, documenting, and responding to patient phone callsSupporting clinic operations and assisting team members as neededQualificationsTo be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care.RequirementsCompletion of an accredited medical assisting program OR current certification/licensure (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) in MinnesotaAbility to provide compassionate, respectful patient careStrong organizational and multitasking skillsFamiliarity with medical systems and clinical toolsFlexibility to travel to satellite locations as neededAt Minnesota Urology P.A., we are committed to fostering a supportive workplace where employees can grow professionally while delivering exceptional care.
