About the Role

CoreWeave is hiring a Staff Process Architect, Global Logistics to design how GPU systems, networking equipment, and data center infrastructure move from supplier dock to data center floor at hyperscaler velocity.

You will join Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation as the design authority for logistics process and systems architecture across pre-receiving, receiving, warehousing, outbound, transportation, and reverse logistics. Global Logistics Operations runs the network. You architect what they run: the future-state process, the systems that enable it, the controls that make it auditable, and the adoption plan that makes it hold.

The work is architecture and transformation. You will frame ambiguous problems, run design workshops with senior stakeholders, write the requirements that shape WMS and TMS decisions, and build the case that carries a decision through Operations, IT, Finance, and Internal Audit. You will act as a thought partner to Global Logistics leadership and as a peer across the process owner bench covering Procurement, Supply, Demand and Capacity, and Product Data.

CoreWeave brings new data centers online on a compressed clock. The logistics architecture you design sets how fast that capacity converts into revenue. You will build it from a near-blank sheet, at the scale of one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in the world.

What You'll Do

Architect the future-state logistics operating model

• Design the end-to-end process architecture spanning inbound, dock and receiving, put-away, warehousing, kitting, outbound, transportation, and reverse logistics across a global multi-region network.
• Define the operating model, decision rights, governance forums, and KPI framework that Global Logistics leaders adopt as the global standard.
• Bring an external point of view on how hyperscalers, semiconductor manufacturers, and high-velocity hardware operators solve these problems, and adapt it to CoreWeave's scale.

Lead transformation programs end to end

• Own initiatives from current-state diagnostic through future-state design, business requirements, build, cutover, and adoption.
• Sequence a multi-year logistics transformation roadmap and defend the sequencing to executive stakeholders.
• Quantify the case for change in cycle time, accuracy, cost, and control health, then measure delivered impact against it.

Shape the logistics systems architecture

• Write the business requirements and evaluation criteria that drive WMS, TMS, in-transit visibility, dock scheduling, and 3PL integration decisions.
• Define how those platforms integrate with the ERP, master data, and CoreWeave's internal data fabric, including ASN and EDI event flows.
• Hold a clear position on what belongs in the ERP and what belongs in a best-of-breed platform, and stand behind it in architecture reviews.

Drive decisions with senior stakeholders

• Facilitate cross-functional design workshops that produce decisions, and land those decisions with leaders who do not report to you.
• Translate logistics and systems complexity into executive narratives that Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and IT leadership can act on.
• Partner with 3PLs, carriers, customs brokers, and implementation vendors as CoreWeave's design counterpart.

Design controls that survive audit

• Embed SOX evidence capture into receiving, put-away, and inventory movement so control health improves as volume scales.
• Design process controls for inventory accuracy, receiving discipline, and asset chain of custody, in partnership with Internal Audit and Finance.
• Identify risk across process, system, and partner handoffs, and design mitigations that scale.

Build adoption

• Deliver the change plan, training content, playbooks, and operating rhythms that move teams onto new processes across regions.
• Instrument the process, watch the data after go-live, and close the gap between designed and actual.
• Find the manual, rule-heavy work and replace it with automation and AI where the economics hold.

Who You Are

Required qualifications

• 10+ years across supply chain, logistics, or operations, with at least five spent designing processes and systems that operations teams then ran. Your recent work is diagnostic, design, requirements, and adoption.
• Hands-on ownership of at least one full WMS lifecycle, from requirements through go-live. Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Körber, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or comparable. Depth here matters more than breadth across every logistics system.
• Logistics experience with high-value, high-velocity hardware in a data center, cloud, semiconductor, hardware, or complex manufacturing environment. You understand what makes moving GPU systems different from moving consumer goods.
• A design and transformation background, built in management consulting, internal strategy or transformation, product management, or business process architecture.
• Executive presence. You walk into a room of VP-level stakeholders with a recommendation, absorb the pushback, and leave with a decision.
• Influence without authority. You have shipped process change across organizations that did not report to you, and the change held after you moved on.
• Structured problem solving. You break an ambiguous, politically loaded operational problem into a defensible recommendation and a plan.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, Information Systems , or a related field.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in high-growth technology, cloud infrastructure, data center, semiconductor, hardware, manufacturing, or other complex global supply chain environments.
• Prior experience with warehouse network design, multi-region 3PL network strategy, hub stand-ups, warehouse consolidation, or transportation optimization.
• Experience with ASN and EDI standards, ERP integration, master data alignment.
• Experience implementing or integrating TMS platforms, logistics visibility solutions (such as Shippeo, project44, or FourKites).
• Familiarity with inventory operations, trade compliance, finance-facing supply chain processes, or designing logistics controls to meet SOX audit requirements.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, or advanced technologies to improve logistics operations, receiving, exception management, predictive ETA, or document workflows.
• MBA, APICS / ASCM CSCP, CPIM, CLTD, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certification is a plus.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range for this role is $157,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
