Associate Therapist – LMSW, LMFTA, or LPCA | Part-Time Hybrid | New Haven, CT | $25–$40/hr

Dude Therapy is hiring associate-level clinicians in Connecticut. We work with adult men on PTSD, ADHD, Autism, grief, divorce, fatherhood, first responders, veterans, gay men, and single fathers, substance use, chronic pain, and work stress. Many of our clients are men who would not normally go to therapy unless something forced the issue. Sessions are 60 minutes, in-office at 357 Whitney Avenue in New Haven or via telehealth.

This is a part-time hybrid role with weekly clinical supervision. We have both an LMFT supervisor and an LCSW supervisor. The practice handles insurance billing under the supervising clinician.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a related field

• Active or pending Connecticut LMSW, LMFTA (LMFT-A), LPCA (LPC-A), or equivalent associate credential that can bill under supervision

• Ability to work with adult male clients, including fathers and men who are reluctant about therapy

• Available for hybrid schedule (office + telehealth)

• Strong work ethic required. Show up prepared, document on time, and follow through.

• We expect consistency and follow-through. Missed notes and no-shows are not the culture.

Pay is hourly ($25–$40/hr) plus a percentage split on supervised sessions billed by the practice. Split details are discussed in the interview. Pay is based on credential, experience, and caseload. Apply if you are seeking supervised clinical hours in an outpatient practice.
