Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal

Job Description

The Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal plays a crucial role in supporting attorneys by managing case preparation and handling client communications before litigation begins. This position focuses on organizing documents, prepare demands and supporting documents, and ensuring timely court filings to facilitate a smooth legal process in personal injury cases.

Responsibilities

Prepare and organize case materials for review and filing
Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and provide updates
Manage and organize legal documents and evidence
Enter data accurately into case management systems
File necessary legal documents with courts within required deadlines
Maintain detailed and up-to-date case records

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in personal injury law
