Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Maintain a productive caseload of 25-30 client visits each week, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and needs.

• Document all aspects of therapy sessions meticulously, including session notes, treatment plan updates, and ongoing client evaluations in accordance with clinic policies.

• Utilize creative interventions during therapy sessions to empower clients, helping them to set and achieve personal goals.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, family members, and other healthcare professionals involved in the care of clients, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding these clients through their emotional and relational obstacles, and you will have the flexibility to employ different therapeutic modalities as needed.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current, active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Strong foundational knowledge of family therapy services, including an understanding of community resources and a comfort level with fee collection during services.

• Experience in writing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes crucial for continuity of care.

• Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families in a therapeutic setting.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• Must be able to pass a background check.
