What You'll Do

As a Manager in Training (MIT) , you'll gain hands-on leadership experience while working alongside an experienced management team. You'll help oversee daily operations, develop team members, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, hospitality, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of restaurant management or leadership experience
• Strong coaching, communication, and team-building skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on leadership style
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Eagerness to learn, lead, and grow with the company
