Immigration Paralegal

• Livingston, NJ (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Starting salary of $65,000 (offer could be higher depending on experience) + Bonus

What You’ll Do

You’ll own critical pieces of the case lifecycle and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience:

• Prepare and file H-1B and PERM cases with accuracy and efficiency 
• Draft petitions, forms, letters, and supporting documents 
• Manage deadlines and keep cases moving proactively 
• Communicate directly with clients to collect information and provide updates 
• Maintain highly organized, audit-ready case files 
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure quality and consistency 

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t need to be chased.

• Proven experience with H-1B and PERM cases 
• Strong, clear, and professional writing skills 
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized 
• Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through 
• Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball

Compensation & Benefits

We believe great work should be well-supported and well-rewarded:

• Starting salary of $60,000 base salary, could be higher depending on experience
• Annual discretionary bonus
