Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Contract Specialist to join our Client Services team in Brea, CA (on‑site). The role reports to the Manager, Contract Administration and focuses on driving operational excellence, mitigating risk, and enhancing customer experience. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional resolution of inquiries; mentor team members to foster a collaborative high‑performing environment. Coordinate with customers, leadership, and cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Manage the full contract lifecycle, including booking agreements, maintaining contract data, ensuring compliance with billing, shipping, and contractual terms; partner with Sales to support renewals, prevent expirations, enable new placements, and research, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to pricing and contract terms. Essential Requirements High School diploma or GED. 2+ years of contract experience or related field with proven ability in customer service, relationship building, and delivering high‑quality outcomes (contract interpretation, understanding contract language). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Experience working with complex diagnostic contract structures and navigating ambiguity. Prior experience working with a sales team. Benefits The hourly range for this role is $33.65 – $38.46. This range may be modified in the future. The position is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) plan.
