Director of Nursing Opportunity in Providence, RI Area

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage nursing staff in a federally qualified health center.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, patients, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing or a related field.
• Current Rhode Island Registered Nurse licensure (or eligibility).
• At least 3 years of primary care experience as an RN in an ambulatory care setting.
• Strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive nurse management experience in a federally qualified health center.
• Master’s in Public Health (MPH).
