Associate Recruiter

Full-Time | Brooklyn, NY (4x/week in office) Role Summary

Topline Pro is hiring an Associate Recruiter to own sales hiring across our New York and Nashville offices. This is a focused, high-volume role: you'll fill sales classes multiple times a year. The bar here is running a fast, high-volume process well. You'll manage a lot of candidates moving through the funnel at once, keep the experience strong at every touchpoint, and partner closely with our early talent recruiter on campus recruiting and pipeline building. This role reports into the Head of People and partners closely with Sales leadership and our People team.

⚡ What You'll Do

Own BDR Hiring, End to End

– Manage the full recruiting process for BDR classes across New York and Nashville, from application through offer, run multiple times a year. Run a High-Volume Process

– Move a large volume of candidates through screens and interviews efficiently, without sacrificing candidate experience. Drive Candidate Engagement

– Keep candidates informed, warm, and excited throughout the process. For a sales role, how candidates experience the hiring process is a big part of how they'll show up on the job. Partner on Early Talent and Campus

– Work closely with our early talent recruiter on campus recruiting strategy and pipeline building to feed BDR classes. Coordinate Across Two Offices

– Manage hiring timelines and logistics for both New York and Nashville, staying closely aligned with hiring managers in each location. Track Class Hiring Metrics

– Monitor time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and class size targets, and flag issues early enough to course-correct.

What We're Looking For

.5-2 years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to high-volume or campus/early-talent hiring

Strong plus if you have 1-2 years of sales experience

Strong candidate engagement skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable managing a high volume of candidates at once without letting quality or experience slip

Experience or interest in campus recruiting a plus

Highly organized, you can run a repeatable process across two offices without things falling through the cracks

Strong communication and coordination skills, you'll be working closely with our early talent recruiter and Sales hiring managers
