Manage incoming calls and inquiries, scheduling of appointments, and confirming patient visits. Assist with patient intake, registration, and check‑in process. Ensure all patient information is up to date and accurate. Partner with the clinical team to optimize appointment scheduling and patient flow. Handle patient inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
