Mortgage (NQM) Servicing Supervisor

The NQM Operations Supervisor is responsible for creating and managing the operational processes for NQM Correspondent purchase and sales by building the infrastructure, documentation and workflow for controlled, efficient execution of processes.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBuilds and manages infrastructure for purchasing loans including, collateral tracking, documentation review, and servicing on-boarding.Manages purchases; checks documentation for funding and creates and sends funding request.Downloads and checks final documents.Tracks and manages collateral shipping.Downloads and standardizes pipeline files.Creates Selene boarding file and boarding documents, and manages weekly Selene/SPS boarding uploads.Manages cancellation documentation.Assists in the execution and documentation of loan sales by preparing, organizing, and communicating biweekly trades, confirming pricing with sellers, and sending documentation for execution.Assists in the underwriting and onboarding of new clients by managing counterparty onboarding, requesting vendor reviews, and gathering counterparty information.Prepares initial company overview.Coordinates with Banking division for account opening.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE7+ years’ mortgage processing, documentation and/or operations experience, required.Process design and implementation experience, required.Data management and reporting experience, required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESSuperior organizational skills.Ability to master systems and processes.Strong technical skills for data manipulation, reporting and control.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Stride Bank Na
