• Procedures: Evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions; urgent and emergency medical care; comprehensive histories and physical examinations; chronic-care management; review and signature of diagnostic and consultative reports; medical-record documentation; completion of required clinical forms; and clinical guidance to mid-level practitioners, nurses.

• Office Equipment: Government-furnished medical equipment, supplies, and other materials required to perform the services

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active unrestricted license in any State or U.S territory

• BLS/ACLS

• DEA License

• NPI
