Capital Markets Associate Location: Multiple U.S. Offices Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Capital Markets Associate to join its nationally recognized Capital Markets Practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on sophisticated securities offerings, SEC compliance, and corporate governance matters for public companies, financial institutions, and emerging growth businesses.
