Location: Portsmouth, Manchester, and Somersworth NH What We Provide: Cross-training opportunities available in gas, oil, propane, and HVAC systems Ongoing education and licensing programs to support professional growth A company culture focused on building long-term careers - not just jobs Year-round manufacturer and equipment training for brands including Bosch, Ecobee, Fujitsu, Buderus, and Carrier Take-home company vehicle and gas card provided Company-provided uniforms, phone, and tablet for daily work use Benefits: Medical Insurance with company contribution for individuals and family; FSA and HSA options Vision and Dental Insurance Basic Life and AD&D Insurance Long-Term Disability 401(K) with company match 80 hours of vacation; accrued 40 hours of sick leave 9 Paid Holidays, including floating holidays Other supplemental insurance options available Profit sharing plan Employee Assistance Program Job Overview: Provide residential plumbing service, repair, and installation for homeowners Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of plumbing fixtures and systems Assemble, install, and repair pipes and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems in accordance with plumbing codes and specifications Repair and install fittings, valves, appliances, and fixtures including water heaters, dishwashers, sinks, and toilets Utilize soldering, brazing, and welding equipment as needed to complete plumbing repairs and installations Communicate repair recommendations and upgrade options clearly and professionally with customers Perform minor to major re-pipe projects with attention to quality workmanship and efficiency Qualifications: 5+ years of residential plumbing service and installation experience Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License required, or eligibility to obtain licensing Experience with boilers and hydronic heating systems preferred Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of HVAC equipment preferred Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record required High school diploma or equivalent required Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
