Job Description
An employer is looking for a hospital collector in the Los Angeles, CA area. This person will be responsible for the reimbursement of claims from various insurance companies - with a focus on Blue Cross accounts. Must have strong knowledge of contracts and have knowledge of current regulatory requirements to ensure prompt and accurate reimbursement.

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years experience of hospital commercial collections (preferably working for a California hospital, but if only third party experience they will need to have worked on accounts for California hospitals)
-Experienced with Blue Cross accounts and Stop Loss
Strong contracts knowledge (must be able to read and understand each contract)
Experience with high-dollar commercial collections with a production of 40+ claims per day
Must be technically savvy with strong wifi at home to be able to work remote - Strong experience with Excel and Epic
