Line Cook

Johnny J's Pub & Grille in Medina is hiring a Line Cook for its kitchen at 925 N Court St. Line cooks work grill, fryer, sauté, prep, and expo stations while preparing menu items to the kitchen’s recipes and standards. The kitchen stays open until 2am, and the role includes late-night service as part of the listed schedule. During a shift, the work also includes station cleanup, food-safety practices, stocking, and support for teammates when service is busy. The role offers full-time and part-time work with flexible scheduling and lists pay of $15–$25 per hour.

What you'll do:

• Prepare menu items to the recipes and kitchen standards for this kitchen
• Work the grill, fryer, sauté, prep, or expo stations in this role
• Keep your station and other work areas clean and organized during service
• Follow the food-safety and sanitation guidelines required on the line
• Handle prep tasks that support cooking on the assigned kitchen stations
• Stock the kitchen supplies and ingredients needed for the shift
• Help with kitchen cleanup as part of the posted prep and cleanup duties
• Keep work moving efficiently when service becomes busy
• Support teammates during busy shifts and across kitchen tasks

What you'll need:

• Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
