What You’ll Be DoingAs a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and our guests enjoy consistently delicious meals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Food Prep and Recipe Execution : Prepare ingredients and execute recipes with precision and care.
- Station Management : Keep your station organized and efficient, even during the busiest times.
- High-Volume Cooking : Deliver high-quality dishes quickly and consistently.
- Team Communication : Work closely with your teammates to keep the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine.
- Food Safety and Sanitation : Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
We’re seeking someone who brings energy, reliability, and a team-first attitude to the kitchen. While prior cooking experience is preferred, it’s not required. Here’s what we need from you:
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality.
- A strong sense of teamwork and reliability.
