Salesforce Functional Lead – Life Sciences Location: Remote En IRIUM nos preocupamos porque no dejes de perseguir tus sueños y queremos que formes parte de nuestro equipo de expertos en tecnología. Buscamos un/a Functional Lead de Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud para liderar la toma de requisitos de una implantación en un proyecto internacional del sector life sciences. ¿Qué estamos buscando? Un perfil funcional senior y de cara al cliente. Sus funciones serán: Liderar los talleres de descubrimiento y requisitos con negocio y con los equipos médicos y comerciales. Documentar los procesos clave: interacción con HCP/HCO, planificación de territorios y visitas, consentimientos y consultas médicas. Hacer el análisis fit-gap frente a Life Sciences Cloud. Convertirlo en especificaciones funcionales y user stories. Gestionar el backlog funcional, coordinar las pruebas de aceptación (UAT) y ser el interlocutor funcional principal del cliente. Requisitos imprescindibles: Más de 7 años como Business Analyst o Functional Lead en proyectos de implantación de Salesforce. Experiencia funcional directa con Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud: interacción con HCP/HCO, planificación de territorios y visitas, y gestión de consentimientos. Experiencia liderando talleres de requisitos con stakeholders senior de negocio, médicos y comerciales. Toma de requisitos, mapeo de procesos y documentación (BRD, especificaciones funcionales y user stories). Experiencia en entornos Agile, gestionando backlogs con equipos técnicos. Conocimiento de los procesos y el compliance del sector farma y biotech. Español e inglés C1. Residencia en España, con permiso de trabajo vigente. Se valorará: Haber liderado de forma autónoma la fase de descubrimiento de una implantación de Life Sciences Cloud. Certificaciones Salesforce: Life Sciences Cloud Accredited Professional, Business Analyst o Sales/Service Cloud Consultant. Experiencia en farma, biotech o dispositivos médicos. OmniStudio y los modelos de datos de Health Cloud y Life Sciences Cloud. Experiencia en modelos nearshore y proyectos multimercado. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Contrato indefinido con IRIUM e incorporación inmediata. 100 % teletrabajo desde España, con preferencia por Barcelona. Horario de 9:00 a 18:00 h. Salario hasta 51K brutos anuales.
